Guardian Childcare & Education in Manly, NSW, is seeking an Educator to support children’s learning and wellbeing within a warm, collaborative team. You will help plan, observe and document learning, while building strong relationships with families and colleagues to create meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, an approved equivalent, or a commitment to working towards a recognised qualification
• A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach
• A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice
• Confidence building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team
• A current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful learning experiences shaped by children’s strengths, interests and needs
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
