Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking a dedicated Educator to create meaningful learning experiences and build warm, responsive relationships with children and families. You will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing, contribute to planning and learning documentation, and bring Thrive and To Be Me to life in daily practice.

You will work with a supportive team, have access to practical learning, mentoring and professional development, and benefit from career pathways

Qualifications

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, an approved equivalent, or a commitment to working towards a recognised qualification.
• A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice.
• Confidence building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team.
• A current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities
