Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for ToBeMe Early Learning Five Burwood. You will help shape meaningful learning moments for children and work in a supportive team to foster confidence, curiosity and wellbeing.

You’ll partner with Lead Educators to plan, observe and document learning, applying the Thrive framework and your care to every child’s needs. A Certificate III or Diploma is required or progress toward qualification, with a WHS check and first aid

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent, or a commitment to working towards a recognised qualification
• Genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• Positive, reliable and collaborative approach
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice
• Confidence building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team
• Current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
