Guardian Childcare & Education Australia is seeking a dedicated Educator to create meaningful moments for children. You’ll work with your room team to design experiences shaped by each child’s interests, build warm relationships with families and support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Positive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow practice.
• Current Working with Children Check and first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful learning experiences shaped by children’s strengths and interests.
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to planning, observations and learning documentation.
