Job summary

Goodstart Echuca is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team, working with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver high‑quality learning programs that support every child's development, safety and wellbeing.

Required: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent), knowledge of the EYLF/NQS, a VIC Working with Children Check, and the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko; full‑time role on rotating rosters.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current VIC Working with Children Check; completion of NCFS Training via Geccko platform

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging early learning experiences with Senior Educators and Educational Leader
• Ensure safety, inclusivity and wellbeing of all children in the learning environment
• Contribute to building high‑quality learning programs and documentation
