Job summary

Goodstart Warrnambool is seeking a part-time Educator to join Goodstart Early Learning. You’ll work 30 hours per week on a rotating roster from 6:30am to 6:30pm, supporting learning across age groups and collaborating with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood and have knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. A VIC Working with Children Check is required. This role offers career support in a values-driven, inclusive environment.

Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.44 - $39.91 p/h (depending on qualification & experience) + Super

About Goodstart Warrnambool

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Educator to join our welcoming team in a part‑time role working 30 hours per week with availability to work a rotating roster between our centre operating hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm.

This is a float position, providing valuable support across different age groups and learning environments.

• 80-place centre with a supportive and collaborative team environment

You’ll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)


• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
