Job summary

Little Peoples Early Learning Centre in Woonona NSW is seeking an Experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team. You will plan and implement high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5, supporting EYLF goals and building strong relationships with families.

This role covers programming and breaks from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for longer shifts. We value collaboration, safety, and inclusive practice in a well-resourced, child-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma qualified educator to join our team at Woonona to cover programming and breaks 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to do longer shifts, when required. You will support children's learning through engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
