Job summary

Little Peoples Early Learning Centre in Minto is seeking a Diploma qualified educator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support children’s learning through EYLF-aligned programs and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.

Essential requirements include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) or working towards diploma, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and knowledge of the National Quality Framework. Flexible hours and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) is required or working towards it.
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) is mandatory.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications are required.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) is essential.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

• Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences for children 0–5 years.
• Build trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Diploma qualified educator to join full time at our Minto Little Peoples Centre. You will support children’s learning through engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
