The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), a WWCC, and current First Aid/CPR and asthma/anaphylaxis certificates. Commitment to EYLF and NQF standards is essential.

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.

• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs reflecting EYLF.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work closely with a team of dedicated early childhood professionals to deliver high-quality educational programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, and development in every child. You will play a key role in creating safe, stimulating, and supportive learning spaces, building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Support the emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children through play-based learning.
• Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Collaborate with the centre’s leadership and fellow educators to maintain a positive and professional team culture.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning documentation and portfolios.

About You
