Job summary

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work closely with a team of dedicated early childhood professionals to deliver high-quality educational programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, and development in every child. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Support the emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children through play-based learning.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Collaborate with the centre’s leadership and fellow educators to maintain a positive and professional team culture.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning documentation and portfolios.
