Job summary

The Department of Transport & Planning Victoria in Melbourne is seeking an Employment Pathways Advisor on a fixed-term basis until 16 October 2027. You will coordinate recruitment from advertising through onboarding, and support graduate, intern and trainee programs to attract talent for the department.

You will work with candidates, hiring managers and educational partners, delivering administrative support, event coordination and timely reporting to strengthen employment pathways and workforce

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end bulk recruitment.
• Experience managing early career programs within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using SuccessFactors.
