Job summary

Department of Transport & Planning Victoria is seeking a Deputy Director Planning, Partnering & Engagement in Melbourne. This 0.6 FTE, 12-month fixed-term role leads a multidisciplinary team across strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Director, Engagement and Architecture.

You will drive governance, build relationships, and influence outcomes across Data, Digital and Technology, with opportunities to grow strategic capability and impact.

The Deputy Director, Planning, Partnering and Engagement is a key leadership role within the Data & Digital Engagement and Architecture branch, leading a multidisciplinary team across strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. You’ll report to the Director, Engagement and Architecture.

This unique 0.6 FTE job-share opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an established, high-performing leader, combining your strengths to shape priorities, build strong relationships and deliver impact across Data, Digital and Technology. Qualifications and experience

• Demonstrated leadership experience building high-performing teams and driving process improvement across cross-functional teams.
