Qualifications

• Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Some practical HR exposure through internships, placements, work experience, graduate programs, recruitment, HR administration or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine interest in building a long‑term career in Human Resources.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of People team activities across business partnering, learning and development, and talent acquisition activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including letters of offer, background checks and employee documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, phone screens, recruitment administration and candidate communications.
• Support the preparation of People reporting, dashboards and workforce data.
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation remains accurate and compliant.
• Assist with reward and recognition programs, employee initiatives and People team projects.
• Build positive relationships across the business while delivering a high standard of employee and candidate experience.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.
• Support People events, programs and projects as required.
