Equity Trustees Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Relationship Associate to join our Relationships & Oversight Team. You will deliver administrative excellence while supporting the management of client and service provider relationships across listed and unlisted products.

You will understand stakeholder expectations, help resolve issues, assist in fund transitions, and prepare submissions for internal committees, contributing to governance and continuous improvement in our financial

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of the managed funds industry with listed and unlisted products.
• Strong understanding of complex and growing organisational matters.
• Basic understanding of corporate governance and risk management.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload and support company growth.
• Basic knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC requirements for managed funds (highly regarded).
• Understanding of governance requirements to support the Relationship Managers in performing their duties (highly regarded).

Responsabilités

• Understand key stakeholders and company expectations
• Resolve Client and Service Provider issues, escalating when necessary
• Assist in Fund transition, termination, and Accounts receivable processes
• Prepare submissions for internal committees and act as a delegate as needed
• Assist with the execution of Fund documents and contracts in line with policy
• Contribute to system and process enhancements, striving for continuous improvement
