Job summary

Good Sammy Enterprises is seeking an E-commerce Operations Team Leader to oversee daily eCommerce workflows, supervise supported employees, and drive efficient stock moves from intake to dispatch.

You will lead on-the-job training, support employment goals, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating with the E-Commerce Manager and Listing Team Leader. This role emphasizes operational excellence and social impact.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in ecommerce, retail operations, logistics or business or equivalent.
• Experience in order fulfilment, inventory, dispatch, returns and customer service.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training employees.
• Strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to supported employees.

• Coordinate order fulfilment from sale through to dispatch.
• Manage customer service enquiries, refunds, returns and shipping issues.

$37.52p/hr + 12% Super + Salary Packaging

As an E-Commerce Operations Team Leader, you will:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce workflow, ensuring stock moves efficiently from intake through to dispatch while providing supervision, training and development opportunities for supported employees.
• Be accountable for operational performance, inventory flow, customer service, order fulfilment and the supported operations pathway.

What you will do:

Leadership & Support

• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and support to supported employees.
• Assist participants to achieve individual employment and development goals.
• Complete journal notes, ISP reviews and performance documentation.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and capability development.
• Assist in identifying pathways for increased independence and employment outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with the E-Commerce Manager and Listing Team Leader to ensure consistent support practices.

Operations

• Coordinate order fulfilment from sale through to dispatch.
• Manage customer service enquiries, refunds, returns and shipping issues.
• Manage inventory storage, stock flow and replenishment.
• Oversee stock intake from warehouse and retail sources.
• Coordinate product testing, preparation, refining and readiness for listing.
• Ensure operational SOPs are followed and maintained.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational improvement opportunities.
• Assist in implementing stock pipeline initiatives.
• Support development of SOPs, task cards and training resources.

What you will bring:

• Relevant Certificate IV qualification or equivalent experience in e-commerce, retail operations, logistics or business.
• Experience in order fulfilment, inventory, dispatch, returns and customer service.
• Experience supervising, coaching and training employees.
• Strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and digital skills.
