Job summary

P&R Styling is a fast-growing Australian furniture and homewares brand seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to grow online presence across Shopify, paid ads, email, social media and digital marketing. You will work with the founders to develop strategies that increase website traffic, conversions and repeat purchases, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

3+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, Shopify experience and proven ROAS results are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to drive online revenue through paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rates and digital marketing metrics.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo is highly regarded.
• Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent copywriting and content skills.
• Passion for AI tools and using them in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the P&R Styling Shopify website.
• Manage product launches, pricing, promotions and website merchandising.
• Optimise product pages, collections and website content to improve conversion.
• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, average order value and online revenue.
• Own and manage paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop, launch and optimise campaigns across acquisition, retargeting and remarketing.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Identify and implement AI tools that improve marketing, e-commerce and business efficiency.
• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Track and report on key e-commerce and marketing KPIs.

As E-Commerce & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence across e-commerce, paid advertising, email, social media and digital marketing. You will work closely with the founders and wider team to develop and execute strategies that increase website traffic, conversion, customer acquisition and repeat purchases. A major focus of this role will be leveraging AI to work smarter, move faster and improve every aspect of marketing and e-commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the P&R Styling Shopify website
