Endless Digital PTY LTD is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of ecommerce and DTC clients in a part-time capacity (15–20 hours per week). This role focuses on relationship management and retention, while specialists handle campaign build, execution, and technical delivery.

You’ll stay fluent in ecommerce performance metrics, surface strategic insights, and identify commercial opportunities and risks to inform client conversations.

Qualifikationen

• Shopify knowledge including store structure, product setup, and reporting flow.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads in ecommerce contexts.

Aufgaben

• Own the primary relationship for assigned clients (approx. 15–25 for part-time role).
• Run monthly client calls with agenda prep and follow-up notes.
• Respond to routine client queries between calls.
• Proactively check in with clients to monitor account health.
• Review performance reporting and translate into plain-English commentary.
• Track account health signals and flag churn risk early.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM after every interaction.
• Track ROAS, spend pacing, and budget utilisation across the portfolio.
• Flag underperforming accounts to the relevant specialist.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
• This is a fully remote role, starting with 15–20 hours part time; potential to scale to full-time.
