Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a CRM Developer to design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our Financial Advice business. You will build reliable, compliant CRM features enabling advisers and operations teams to work efficiently across the advice lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role collaborating with leaders, analysts, testers and our integration partner. You will contribute to Dynamics 365 custom development, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integrations using APIs and iPaaS,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Strong Dynamics 365 knowledge: plug-ins, workflow activities, and JavaScript form logic.
• Experience with Power Apps; Azure Functions a plus.
• Proficient in JavaScript and C#/NET for plugins, integrations or custom logic.
• Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core.
• Familiar with GitHub Enterprise and Jira for source control and delivery.
• Experience with APIs, automation platforms or iPaaS, Workato advantageous.
• Financial services experience a plus with compliance and audit awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle development of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 apps to support workflows.
• Develop custom tables, entities, forms, views, dashboards and workflows.
• Design and maintain Power Automate flows and CRM UX.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with analysts and testers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to design decisions, coding standards and quality practices.
• Support deployments across environments following ALM practices.
