Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking experienced Functional Architects and Delivery Leads to shape transformation at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll guide enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives, leading multidisciplinary teams across Australia and offshore delivery centres with a focus on AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform transformations.
• Experience leading complex workstreams, programs, or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong business process and requirements analysis skills.
• The ability to bridge strategy, business operations, and technology delivery.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong understanding of solution design and enterprise architecture principles.
• Practical knowledge of integration, security, environments, ALM, DevOps, and governance.
• Experience managing delivery risk, dependencies, finances and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of client business and technology capabilities through Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Guide multi-disciplinary delivery teams across Australia and offshore delivery centres.
• Define future-state operating models and roadmaps for automation and AI initiatives.
• Ensure secure, scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and client stakeholders.
