Job summary

Avant by Doctors for Doctors is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop and enhance a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

You will own solutions end-to-end from design and development through deployment, support and continuous improvement in an agile setting, providing technical leadership and mentoring across the team.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutions.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experience.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Improve platform reliability, performance and security through proactive engineering practices.
• Create and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting.
• Help modernise legacy solutions, reduce technical debt and drive engineering best practice.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across the development lifecycle.
