Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Technical Lead CRM to partner with business representatives and deliver high quality CRM services at pace, focusing on Dynamics 365 Power Platform. You will lead the CRM Development team and oversee application design and development across Bupa’s CRM applications.

The role requires 7+ years in CRM, leadership of 4–10 developers, strong SQL, Azure, DevOps, JSON/TypeScript, and a drive to meet customer outcomes while promoting best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications (Sales or Customer Service preferred).
• Experience leading a dev team of 4–10 developers to deliver outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with JSON and TypeScript; familiarity with Power BI/SSIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM Development team and design/develop Dynamics 365 Power Platform apps.
• Mentor and support team members to deliver high quality outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and cloud deployment processes.
