Job summary

GWA Group Limited is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM professional to own and enhance our D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform environment.

You will engage with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to translate business needs into practical CRM solutions, including AI and automation initiatives, and oversee development and administration end-to-end.

This role combines business engagement, solution design, administration and development, with ongoing opportunities to shape our CRM future.

Qualifications

Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience.
Good understanding of Power Platform Administration and Azure DevOps.
Ability to talk with business users, understand requirements and translate them into practical CRM solutions.
Role may suit a Dynamics 365 Developer, CRM Specialist or CRM Lead seeking broader ownership.

Responsibilities

Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Azure DevOps.
Lead solutions that improve how the business operates.
Play a key role in our AI and automation roadmap.
