Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to lead technical design across client engagements. You will own the end-to-end solution architecture—bridging business requirements, technical delivery, and platform governance.

This pivotal role focuses on translating requirements into scalable designs, defining integration patterns with third-party systems, and guiding ALM and DevOps practices for Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture across D365 CE projects.
• Strong C#/.NET and Azure Logic Apps/Functions.
• Familiarity with ALM/DevOps for Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture across D365 CE implementations, from discovery through go-live.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs.
• Define integration architecture between D365 CE and third-party/internal systems.
• Set and enforce ALM, environment strategy, and Power Platform governance standards.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural oversight across delivery teams.
• Guide build-vs-configure decisions and manage technical debt/tech risk.
• Mentor consultants on platform best practice.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders on technical roadmap and solution strategy.
