Job summary

Anson Mccade in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Engineer to design, customise, and integrate Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.

You’ll build plugins, workflows, and Dataverse components, test rigorously, and collaborate with functional consultants to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions in an agile delivery environment. Experience with CI/CD and cloud integrations is a plus.

Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Developer/ Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Engineer with strong technical capability across Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

This is an engineering-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building, customising, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise Microsoft solutions in a modern delivery environment. Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) is beneficial, though the role would also suit someone keen to build capability in this area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
• Build and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom components
• Develop solutions using:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps
  • Dataverse
  • Power BI
• Build Azure Functions and Logic Apps to support integrations and automation
• Work closely with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver against user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct unit and integration testing across developed solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Dynamics CE and integrated systems
• Assess technical impacts and downstream dependencies of development work
• Follow security, governance, and role-based access control standards
