Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Transport Scheduler to plan, coordinate and monitor daily transport operations for efficient, cost-effective deliveries across Australia. You will develop schedules, allocate loads, and liaise with partners and internal teams to ensure on-time performance.

Role requires experience in transport scheduling, strong CoR knowledge, and proficiency with SAP TMS and MS Office. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport scheduling or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of CoR compliance and fatigue management.
• Experience with SAP TMS and MS Office Suite.
• Good understanding of road transport operations and networks.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and adjust schedules to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily transport operational plans to meet customer demand.
• Allocate loads and delivery times to transport partners for efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time for delays or changes.
• Liaise with transport partners, customers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with CoR, fatigue management, load restraint, and regulations.
• Track KPIs like route efficiency and on-time delivery performance.
• Conduct daily performance reviews to reduce waste and resolve issues.
• Maintain scheduling records in the SAP TMS system.
• Support scheduling improvements and route optimization initiatives.
