Job summary

Contour's Perth office is seeking an energetic Site Supervisor / Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial office projects.

You will assist Project Managers to manage time, budget and stakeholder expectations, deliver programming, site inductions, tender support, and liaise with design teams on selections and furniture.

The role is contract/temporary initially, with potential for ongoing resource decisions, and may involve WHS processes and coordinating site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management and project coordination.
• Ability to deliver projects on tight schedules.
• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help with delivery and programming.
• Site management and inductions.
• Assisting with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration.
• Coordinating selections and furniture with design team.
• Working with project spreadsheets and checklists.
• Coordinating site requirements as required.
• Site WHS processes.
