Job summary

Midcoast Trucks is seeking an organised Procurement & Warehouse Coordinator for Macksville. You will ensure materials and parts are ordered, received, stored and issued to support production and deadlines, connecting suppliers, warehouse and fabrication teams.

The role requires experience in procurement and warehousing, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Office and inventory systems. The position is based in the Macksville Industrial Estate and offers a supportive team and

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, warehousing or inventory management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy vehicle environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, components and consumables.
• Raise purchase orders and track orders.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
• Manage warehouse inventory and stock levels.
• Coordinate stocktakes and inventory controls.
• Distribute materials to fabrication teams.
• Monitor lead times and flag supply issues.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory records in company systems.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and WHS compliance.
• Assist with transport and freight coordination as required.
