Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relevant curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Ability to plan and implement high impact teaching strategies.
• Experience in monitoring and assessing student learning and using data to inform practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and department values.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals.
• Contribute to curriculum development and evaluation.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings and school activities.
• Support school policies and priorities with data-informed practice.
