Qualifications

• SC1 demonstrates knowledge of the curriculum and ability to incorporate literacy and numeracy; responds to student learning needs.
• SC2 planning for/high impact teaching strategies and evaluating impact on student growth.
• SC3 monitoring/assessing student learning; using data to inform teaching and provide feedback to students/parents.
• SC4 interpersonal/communication skills; collaborate with students, parents, colleagues and school community.
• SC5 behaviours aligned with Department values; reflect on practice and engage in professional learning.

Responsabilités

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals;
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum area;
• Undertake other classroom teaching and organizational duties as directed;
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions;
• Undertake other non-teaching supervisory duties.
