Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Victorian curriculum with literacy and numeracy integration.
• Experience in planning high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating impact on student growth.
• Experience in monitoring and assessing student learning, using data to inform teaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader school community.
• Evidence of reflective practice and ongoing professional learning.
• Ability to design, deliver and assess engaging Primary Physical Education programs for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of a curriculum area or other curriculum program within the school.
• Undertaking other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as determined by the School Principal.
• Participating in activities such as parent/teacher meetings; staff meetings; camps and excursions.
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.
