Job summary

QIC is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the Legal team on a 4-5 day per week basis. You will provide high level administrative, research and transactional support, including preparing and reviewing contracts and managing the internal execution process for a variety of legal documents.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of matters and play a key role in supporting the team across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Drafting, reviewing and amending various legal documents.
• Strong research and information compilation for reports and responses.
• High quality written and verbal communication with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, amend and format NDAs, consultancy agreements and contracts.
• Coordinate internal execution process for legal documents.
• Respond to enquiries and gather information for written responses.
• Assist with creation, maintenance and administration of systems and processes.
• Provide research, transactional and administrative support to the Legal team.
• Oversee document and email management, filing and archiving.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues.
• Manage filing system and meeting archiving requirements.
