Job summary

people2people is seeking multiple temporary Paralegals for a leading global law firm in Brisbane CBD for a 5-6 week assignment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Ideal candidates are law students with paralegal experience, available to work full‑time in the office and start immediately, supporting document reviews, discovery, and matter management while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous paralegal experience in a law firm or legal environment.
• Litigation or document review experience advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and organising legal documents, court materials
• Conducting legal research and compiling findings
• Managing files and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with discovery, document review and eDiscovery processes
• Providing administrative and project support to legal teams
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting matter management activities
