Job summary

DLA Piper is recruiting a Paralegal to join our Legal Delivery Centre in Brisbane. You will support multiple practice groups with discovery, document review and due diligence for high-profile matters, while gaining exposure to premium disputes and innovative legal tech.

The role requires a law degree, availability for full-time work, and strong written and verbal communication skills; RelativityOne or Nuix Discover experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Have successfully completed a law degree and are available to commence full-time work.
• Experience with RelativityOne or Nuix Discover (preferred but training provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting discovery, document review and due diligence for high-profile matters.
• Assisting with preparing evidence at all stages of litigation, including drafting chronologies and briefs to counsel.
• Providing administrative support to legal teams on large matters.
• Collaborating with colleagues in the Legal Delivery Centre and across the firm nationally.
• Contribute to the development of the Centre and the services it provides.
