Job summary

Capstone Properties, LLC in Armidale, NSW is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support the Property Manager with office, administrative and leasing duties while delivering a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and basic MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook; duties include answering phones, lead tracking, scheduling tours, preparing move-ins and maintaining lease files.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience.
• High School Graduate required; Business or Trade School preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone.
• Leasing functions (lead tracking software, prospect follow-ups, generating new leads).
• Sorting the office mail.
• Scheduling and completing tour appointments.
• General filing.
• Collects rent and writes receipts.
• Photocopies checks and other material.
• Assists in all mailings.
• Places follow up maintenance calls to residents to survey quality of work performed by the maintenance staff.
• Maintains log to document vendors working within the building.
• Monitors supplies.
• Completing and auditing lease files.
• Preparing move-ins (keys, move in packets, walking units, etc).
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
