Swing Factory Pty Ltd in Terrey Hills, Sydney, seeks a hands‑on Manager on Duty to lead daily operations across driving range, mini golf and hospitality. The MOD reports to the Venue Manager, supervising a small team and ensuring top customer service seven days a week.

Shifts run 7am–11pm with rosters designed for work‑life balance. RSA, First Aid and Food Safety are desirable; experience in recreational or hospitality supervision is important.

Formación

• Previous experience in recreational, hospitality or venue supervision.
• RSA required; First Aid and Food Safety certificates desirable.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be the senior team member on shift, overseeing daily venue operations.
• Support the Venue Manager and 2IC to performance manage the operational staff.
• Manage driving range operations including booking, presentation and POS handling.
• Lead FOH team across Café, Bar and Kitchen services.
• Coordinate on‑site events with the Events Coordinator.
• Ensure a high‑quality, welcoming customer experience.
• Maintain safety, incident handling and compliance with RSA/WHS.
