Swing Factory Pty Ltd in Terrey Hills is seeking a hands-on Manager on Duty to lead daily operations across our driving range, mini golf, café/bar and events. You’ll manage a small team on shift, oversee ball collection and bay presentation, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience.

You’ll report to the Venue Manager, work seven days a week with a roster including mornings and evenings, and drive continual improvement across front-of-house and hospitality services.

Formación

• Experience supervising in recreational, hospitality or venue environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• RSA required; First Aid and Food Safety certificates desirable.
• Comfortable with technology and POS systems (SwiftPOS, Tanda or similar).
• Available for flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays; rotating rosters.

Responsabilidades

• Be the senior team member on shift, overseeing daily venue operations and supporting staff across departments (driving range, kitchen, F&B, events, café and mini golf).
• Support the Venue Manager and 2IC to performance manage operational staff and drive continual improvement.
• Manage driving range operations including bay bookings, bay presentation, ball collection, ball tracking technology, customer issues and POS.
• Lead and support FOH team members in Café, Bar and Kitchen service.
• Deliver on the day events in coordination with the Events Coordinator.
• Ensure a high-quality, welcoming, consistent customer experience.
• Ensure a safe environment, manage incidents and food safety/WHS on shift.
• Maintain daily reporting, handovers, and communication logs for Venue Management.
• Oversee daily open/close procedures and department checklists.
