Distillery Road Market (DRM) is seeking experienced, motivated and energetic Chefs to join our team across onsite venues, located halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

This casual position offers the potential for future full-time work, with a 5-day roster from Wednesday to Sunday, and a flexible schedule from 6am to 11pm. DRM provides a vibrant atmosphere and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a high-volume food, bar, function environment.
• High standard of personal presentation & hygiene.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety requirements and best practice.
• Current Food Safety Certificate required at commencement.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu and culinary standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment; collaborate with the team to refine the menu
• Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Assist with Front of House Customer Service when needed
