The Dag Pub in Queensland’s D'Aguilar area is seeking Chefs of all experience levels to join our busy kitchen team. Whether you’re a Commis Chef building experience, a qualified Chef, Chef de Partie, or an experienced senior chef, we offer a busy, established pub with a strong local following and quality pub meals.

We’re a fast-paced kitchen environment with opportunities for full-time and casual roles, competitive pay based on experience, and stable hours in an established venue.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial kitchen experience relevant to the level you're applying for.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking quality pub meals.
• Working across different sections of the kitchen.
• Food preparation and service.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency.
• Following food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Assisting with stock rotation and reducing wastage.
• Working efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
