Job summary

Encore APAC, a global event technologies company, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a casual role based at the Adelaide warehouse in Richmond. You will oversee safe storage and distribution of stock, ensure timely despatches/returns, and uphold OH&S standards.

Ideal applicants have warehouse experience, a test & tag license, and strong communication and time-management skills. AV/Lighting familiarity is a plus, MR licence is valued, and there may be after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Has or willing to obtain test & tag license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Maturity to interact at all levels of the organisation.
• Willingness to work after hours if needed.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with AV and lighting is advantageous.
• MR licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop warehouse processes for safe storage & distribution of S&D stock.
• Ensure despatches and returns meet high standards with R2 and that items are returned to the shelf as per best practice.
• Follow OH&S guidelines across the warehouse.
• Ensure items stored at safe heights; forklift storage safely harnessed.
• Assist and manage ongoing projects with Warehouse Manager and Event Designer.
• Keep the warehouse neat and tidy at all times.
• Maintain systems and accurate records.
• Develop understanding of equipment and theming requirements for events.
• Maintain effective communication with operations, theming, hotels and interstate office.
