Job summary

CSR is seeking a Senior Credit Officer in North Ryde to manage a high-volume NSW debtor ledger, oversee collections, resolve account queries and claims, and support healthy cashflow. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring adherence to credit policies.

The role requires attention to detail, proven collections experience, and proficiency with Excel; SAP experience is highly valued. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large, high-volume debtor ledger.
• Proven collections and aged debt experience.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence dealing with overdue accounts and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume NSW ledger of customer accounts.
• Proactively collect outstanding and aged debt within trading terms.
• Handle high-volume collections and follow-up prioritisation.
• Investigate and resolve customer account queries, aged items, and claims.
• Take ownership of issues and follow claims through to resolution.
• Perform account reconciliations using Excel and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the system.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal stakeholders.
