ActiveRecruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Credit Controller/Administrator for a 2-3 month assignment in Wetherill Park, NSW. The role focuses on accounts receivable, debt collection and transaction processing, with training on Dynamics 365 provided.

You will contact customers, manage payment follow-ups, and ensure accurate processing of financial transactions while working with the existing team to streamline processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounts receivable, debt collection and transaction processing.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to processes.

Aufgaben

• Contact customers by phone to follow up outstanding payments and assist with collection of overdue accounts.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
• Support accounts receivable function, ensuring payments and transactions are followed up promptly.
• Assist with transferring payment records and approvals into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Process financial transactions and journals as required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are processed correctly.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve payment queries and progress outstanding items.
• Follow established processes to support smooth operation of accounts receivable.
