This is a great opportunity for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team at TrippasWhite Group’s Echo Point venue, perched on the edge of the escarpment with panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year in a busy kitchen, able to prepare and cook food to a high standard, work unsupervised when needed, and collaborate across café, events and restaurant service, with flexible weekday/weekend availability.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Ability to prepare and cook food consistently to a high standard.
• Can work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team.
• Prepared to work across multioutlets including café service, events & Restaurant.
• Flexible availability during weekday, weekend and public holidays.
• Pride in presentation, cleanliness and maintaining high kitchen standards.
• A working understanding of FoodSafety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous

The Role

This is agreat opportunity for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team and be part ofthe fast paced environment this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking forsomeone who has experience working in a busy kitchen environment across à lacarte, functions and events, with a focus on delivering consistent, qualityfood. The role can be casual or full time.
