Job summary

TrippasWhite Group in NSW seeks a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team and deliver consistent, high‑quality food across à la carte, functions and events.

You will have at least 1 year in a similar role, be able to work unsupervised or as part of a team, and be prepared to work across café service, events and restaurant. Flexibility to work weekday, weekend and public holidays is essential, with a strong focus on cleanliness and Food Safety (HACCP advantageous).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Ability to prepare and cook food consistently to a high standard.
• Can work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team.
• Prepared to work across café service, events & Restaurant outlets.
• Flexible availability during weekday, weekend and public holidays.
• Pride in presentation, cleanliness and maintaining high kitchen standards.
• A working understanding of FoodSafety Standards; HACCP advantageous.

The Role

We are looking forsomeone who has experience working in a busy kitchen environment across à lacarte, functions and events, with a focus on delivering consistent, qualityfood. The role can be casual or full time.
