Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.
• Experience planning for high impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning impact.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and using data to inform practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students and contribute to curriculum development and evaluation.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Principal and school priorities.
• Supervise and mentor student teachers and support staff in implementing instructional strategies.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches and set targets for learning growth.
• Engage with parents and the school community to support student wellbeing and engagement.
