Job summary

Central Queensland Hotels, part of the Star Group, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations and deliver memorable guest experiences in our Yeppoon venue. You will support the management team, model a hands-on leadership style and drive service excellence.

Applicants must hold Current RMLV & Approved Manager’s License, have hospitality leadership experience, be a true team player with a hands-on attitude, and be available nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Current RMLV & Approved Manager’s License is essential.
• Experience in a similar hospitality leadership role is required.
• A true team player with a hands-on attitude is essential.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences is needed.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure are required.
