Job summary

The Globe in Perth CBD is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to own the floor during high-volume shifts, delivering standout service and guiding a loyal late-night crowd through fast-paced periods. Located in the heart of Perth CBD, The Globe is known for its buzzing atmosphere, live sport, great drinks and loyal late-night crowd.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within busy pubs, bars or late-night venues.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping service smooth, efficient and fun.
• A genuine team player who leads from the front with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Confidence running high-volume service periods and busy late-night trade.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn challenges into great guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with gaming, cash handling and end-of-night procedures preferred.
• RSA essential.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house during high-volume periods and manage guest experiences.
• Coordinate service flow with bar and floor teams to maintain efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Uphold safety, cash handling and end-of-shift procedures, including reconciliations.
