Job summary

Artemus Group in Sydney is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the front of house team, model exceptional service and oversee operations during peak periods.

You will coach a diverse team, handle guest feedback, maintain venue presentation, and ensure compliance with NSW RSA requirements, with evenings, weekends and public holidays availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to lead from the front and stay calm under pressure.

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.
• Lead and coach a diverse team, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do.

We are currently recruiting for our next Duty Manager to join our dynamic and passionate front of house team. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading by example demonstrating exceptional service, training team members and overseeing front of house operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front
• A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Current NSW RSA
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
