Job summary

Palm Cove Tavern, part of Australian Venue Co., is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a fast-paced hospitality team at Palm Cove. You will drive guest experiences, supervise frontline operations, and support staff during peak periods including nights and weekends.

Essentially you will bring strong leadership, stock control ability, and a hands-on management style to uphold high standards in a busy gaming venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' management experience in hospitality.
• Experience in a gaming venue.
• Ability to lead from the floor during peak service, nights and weekends.
• Strong stock control, including stocktakes and variances investigation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
