Job summary

Mango Hill Tavern is seeking an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our leadership team in Mango Hill. You will oversee daily operations across food, beverage, gaming and functions, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

You'll coach and motivate the front-of-house team, manage labour rosters, ensure operational compliance and support revenue reporting. A genuine hospitality passion and strong communication are essential to thrive here.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a Duty Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Strong cash handling and revenue reporting experience.
• Proficient rostering and labour management skills.
• Experience across food, beverage and functions.
• RSA & RSG certificates current or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to obtain RMLV preferred.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and problem solving.

• Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, gaming and functions.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

Mango Hill Tavern is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team.

Located in the heart of Mango Hill, our recently renovated venue is a favourite with locals, featuring a vibrant bistro, spacious sports bar, gaming room, sweeping alfresco deck, family-friendly play area and a thriving functions business. With live entertainment, major sporting events and private functions, no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, gaming and functions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in resolving guest concerns.
• Effective labour management and rostering experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Current RSA & RSG certificates (RMLV highly regarded or willingness to obtain).
