Job summary

IRIS Hotel Group is seeking a Duty Manager for a Sydney region venue. The role involves leading a busy hotel operation with strong F&B and TAB/gaming elements, reporting to the venue licensee and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience in hospitality, current RSA & RCG certificates, and a hands-on leadership style. Competitive salary, generous bonus, and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year management experience in a busy hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and gaming/TAB environments.
RSA & RCG certificates current and valid.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage operations during busy services with a focus on service quality.
Report to the venue licensee and oversee team performance.
Ensure high standard of customer service and drive profitability.
Lead gaming/TAB operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
